Due to the shift to lead-free solder, durability against corrosion and other factors for sheath heaters is required. In response to this demand, our company is taking a phased approach. This includes careful selection of sheath materials, coating of the sheath, and the use of multiple sheath tubes (not just layering them, but also reducing the diameter to enhance contact). Additionally, we are manufacturing sheath heaters that incorporate all of these features, resulting in a lifespan extension from three months to over one year for previously corroded heaters (compared to our previous models). These sheath heaters have received tremendous acclaim from various sectors.
